1. Repair Service: The Company will provide a one year free of charge repair service only in case of the malfunction of TV which has been used in normal way, except remote control, AV cable, HDMI cable, or Premiums that has been provided to the customer free of charge.
1.1. There is on-site service for LED TV size 32” and larger. In case of smaller, customer can take the TV to service center to receive service as well.
1.2. 1.2 If customer would like to have on-site service for TV with its size is smaller than 32”, travel expenses and service charge will be charged to the customer.
2. Customer must prepare following documents in case of using warranty service.
2.1 A copy of identification card for identification of the one who notifies for reparation and owner.
2.2 Detail on the warranty card must be clearly indicated, particularly date of purchase and shop stamp of the selling shop must be affixed.
2.3 If there is no information indicated on the warranty card or there is no shop stamp, the warranty shall be invalid.
2.4 If warranty card is not available or incomplete, as mentioned in 2.3, the receipt can be used as a substitution.
Condition Of Guarantee
This guarantee certificate is valid only in Thailand for 1 year (AV product) from the date purchased but not later than expired date that shown on this guarantee card.
Product shall be repaired or replaced any faulty parts during guarantee period free of charge under the correct usage and against manufacturing faults.
The guarantee dose not cover the following circumstances even if such damages occur during guarantee period:
a) damages caused by misuse, negligence, mishandling, natural disasters such as flooding, fire, thunder & lightning, pollution, insects or animals.
b) Set being repaired, modified by any unauthorized technicians.
c) Some parts which are deteriorated by using very often such as frame, stand, body, remote control, pedestal and tube.
This guarantee certificate must be presented whenever service is required and completely corrected filled and in particular stamped of dealer name. failureto do so will deem the guarantee claim as invalid.
This guarantee certificate will be invalid in the event that it is lost or altered in anyway.
